My name is Suzanne Metz. I own the Homestaging and Interior Redesign Business "Design to Appeal". Homestaging is the art of preparing a home for sale so that it appeals to the greatest number of potential buyers. My goal as a Homestager is to enhance the marketing appeal of your home so that it sells "QUICKER" and for the "HIGHEST" possible price. Homestaging helps to raise the value of your property by reducing the home's flaws, de-cluttering, cleaning and improving the condition of the home's interior and exterior. If the house is vacant, I will bring in rented furnishings and accessories to make the house look occupied and give it a warm and welcoming feeling.
