I have been using TLC meat and other productas for some time now, I have without a doubt stopped buying meat from stores. My youngest daughter will not eat meat from a store as she says I dont know where it came from or how it was fed, she does eat TLC meat all the time. Recently I tried a leg of lamb from them and it turned out incredible thanks to the cooking advice from Lynn I will continueeating their product service is great and it is nice to see the little operations tring to succeed.

TLC farms is the ONLY place I purchase meat now. Just by the taste and the way we feel after eating it (our family has a lot of food sensitivities and food allergies), I'm sure it's true that every single animal, and all the grass/grains that the animals are fed, is raised and processed naturally without all of that crapola (hormones, antibiotics, dirty inhumane conditions, pesticide/herbicide-filled feed, chemicals to make the meat more tender) that make me appalled to even look at any meat in a grocery store.

As for purchasing the meat, the Wednesday delivery is really convenient. Lynn is also very accommodating -- I can get some unusual cuts of meat if I ask Lynn in advance and I've even just requested some freshly rendered leaf lard! They butcher and sell only a few animals at a time, so sometimes I do have to be put on a waiting list for something in particular (like oxtail), but it's rare that they don't have something I order, or at least a great substitute for it.
