The future of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias is you, me and our children. We need to find a cure!!!
Every 5 minutes someone is being diagnosed with a form of dementia. 72% of the people with Alzheimer Disease are women. 17% of those diagnosed in Alberta are under the age of 65.
Children are losing parents, daughters and sons are losing fathers and mothers, wives and husbands are losing their lifelong partners ---- this disease affects the entire family and we need to help these families cope on their journey.
That is why I am encouraging our community to support those affected by Alzheimer's and other related dementias by purchasing tickets and coming out to support our fundraiser
“A Night to Remember”, March 26 @7:00 p.m. at the MH Golf and Country Club
Our staff and volunteers have passion for helping those affected by this devastating and fatal disease. We supply families on this journey with Education and Support Services. Without fundraising we can't do this.
March 26th A Night To Remember is going to be an opportunity to do some fundraising while having some great food and beverages, dancing and have fun in honour of those community members affected by this terrible disease.
So Please call our office at 403.528.2700 to get your tickets to this event and make a difference to someone with Alzheimer Disease or a related dementia!!
